                    เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2568 ได้มีการประชุมทวิภาคี (Bilateral Meeting) ระหว่างสคบ.และสำนักงานคุ้มครองสิทธิผู้บริโภคและสวัสดิภาพของมนุษย์แห่งสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย (Rospotrebnadzor)
ณ สำนักงานใหญ่สหประชาชาติ นครเจนีวา สมาพันธรัฐสวิส

                    โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือกันในประเด็นการสร้างความร่วมมือด้านการระงับข้อพิพาทข้ามแดนระหว่างกันผ่านบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MoU) ซึ่งมีร่างฉบับแรกเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2563 ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกันว่าต่างฝ่าย
จะตรวจสอบร่าง MoU ฉบับล่าสุด และแจ้งความเห็นเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขร่าง MoU ให้ทราบโดยเร็ว

โดยกำหนดให้กระบวนการร่าง MoU เสร็จสิ้นและสามารถลงนามร่วมกันได้ภายในสิ้นปี พ.ศ. 2568

                    On 9 July 2025, a Bilateral Meeting was held between the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) and the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing of the Russian Federation (Rospotrebnadzor), at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

                    The parties engaged in discussions on the establishment of a cooperative framework
for cross-border consumer dispute resolution through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU),
with the initial draft since 2020.

                    Both sides mutually agreed to review on the latest draft of the MoU and
to provide their respective comments for amendment as soon as possible.

                    The MoU drafting process is expected to be finalized with a view to being signed by the end of 2025.
